Employee Registration



Important Note: Autofill is not compatible with the Verifent platform. Please do not use the autofill prompts to complete the registration fields. 


Step 1: Register 

• Click Get Started and click Register in the Employee section.



    • Complete the form, click Verify Info

     • Unable to enter your information? Refresh your page and manually complete the form.

    • Review, confirm and click Register

Step 2: Email Validation

    • Locate the email, copy the code and click link provided in the email.A screenshot of a email

Step 3: Login Credentials

• Locate the temporary login credentials email. 

Copy the password and click the link

• Didn’t receive one? You may have registered previously using a different email address. Please reach out to Verifent Support at support@verifent.com or clicking the chat box located at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

    • Enter the temporary password in Current Password

    • Update your password, confirm it and click Change Password

    • Select your Two Factor Authentication setting, confirm your phone number and click ‘Save 2FA Setting & Continue’

Step 4: Terms & Agreement

 Type your name and click ‘I Agree’

Your account has been successfully created. Please login using the username provided and your updated password.


Important Note: If you do not receive a Two Factor Authentication code to your phone, please reach out to Verifent Support at support@verifent.com for assistance in receiving an Alternate Authentication.
