Complete an Employment Verification
• Login
Step 2: Locate the Verification(s)
• Click Dashboard to display all pending verifications
• Click JobSync: VOE/VOI/GOVT
• The number indicates the how many pending verifications need attention.
• Below each column heading is a search field.
• Under Verification Type locate an Employment Verification
• Click Start
Step 3: Confirm Information Provided
• Ensure the first name, last name, date-of-birth, and last four of SSN are correct.
• Incorrect data? Click ‘Decline’ and skip to step
• Each verification has a unique tracking number and Permissible Purpose
Step 4: Employer Client Information
• The Employer Disclaimer can be preset in the account Settings. The address can be updated in the Company Profile
Step 5: Completing the Form
• The Employment section requires completion. All fields are not required.
• The data fields can be edited in the account Settings
• Employment Status: Click and choose the correct status.
• Dates: The required entry format is MM/DD/YYYY or click the calendar icon to select the dates
• The system calculates and enters the Total Time with Employer based on the Original Hire Date.
• Including the Most Recent State Date disables the Total Time with Employer
• Inactive Employees - A Termination Date is required if the employee is inactive.
• Additional Notes – Enter in a message you would like to provide the Verifier.
• Click Complete//Submit to finalize the report and send it to the Verifier.
• Need more time? Click Save For Later
