Employer Data Dispute Process

Step 1: Access Your Account

 Login to your employer account.


Step 2: Locate The Appropriate Tab

From your dashboard, click ‘Completed Forms’ then click ‘Disputed Forms’.

 Locate the disputed verification and click ‘Data Dispute’.

Step 3: Review The Dispute

 Review the dispute details provided by the Employee or Verifier. 
   • If you agree with the dispute details, click ‘Agree with Dispute and Update DashHire’.
   • The form will not be marked resolved until the Employee or Verifier has marked the dispute resolved.
   • If you disagree with the dispute details, click ‘Disagree with Dispute and Respond’.

• If you agreed with the dispute, update the verification and submit it back to the Employee or Verifier. 

 If you disagreed with the dispute, enter the message you would like to send to the Employee and click ‘Send’.

Step 4: Email Notifications
 You will receive emails regarding Data Disputes.

• When the Employee or Verifier has responded to the Data Dispute message or update.

Important Notes:

 The dispute will remain open until it is fully resolved.

 Please do not continue making edits to the verification unless the Employee or Verifier has disagreed with your response.  


Step 5: Audit Information

 When a Data Dispute has been submitted, a cover page stating the verification has been disputed will be included.

• When the Data Dispute has been closed, all communication exchanged will be included in the completed verification as the final page.
