Trouble Viewing Your Completed Verification

 

If you are encountering issues viewing a completed verification. Try the common troubleshooting solutions below. You must have the latest version of Adobe Reader downloaded to view the PDF. 


Solution 1: PDF Reader

Ensure your PDF reader is operating the latest version.

Download a different PDF reader. Adobe Reader is recommended.


Solution 2: Web Browser

Ensure your web browser is up to date.

Try a different web browser.

      • Google Chrome is recommended.

     • Internet Explorer is no longer supported.

     • Clear your cache and/or cookies


Solution 3: Device

Use a different computer or device.

Check system settings that may be blocking access to the PDF.


Solution 4: IT

Contact your IT department to check for security measures in place that may be preventing you from downloading/viewing the PDF.
