Step 1: Visit Login Page

• Login

Step 2: Initiate Password Reset

• Click I forgot my password

Step 3: Submit Password Reset Request

• Enter your Username and click Submit

Step 4: Reset Your Password

• Locate the password reset email from Verifent.

      • The email is sent to the email address on file.

      • If you are unable to locate the email please check your spam/junk folder and search for the subject Verifent - Password Reset.

      • Users with an Employee Portal account can recover their username through the Forgot Username page. The username will be sent to the email address on file. If you cannot access that email account, please contact Support via the chat icon for assistance and identity verification.

• Click the link, enter your username, and new password twice.

• Click Reset
