Hiring Network - Create A Job Posting



Step 1: Access Your Account

Login 

Step 2: Hiring Network

• Click Hire Beta



Step 3: Job Postings

• Click Job Postings then click, Create Job Posting.

• If this is your first time, confirm authorization and click Agree and Continue.




Step 4: Basic Information

• Provide details regarding the position available. All fields are required excluding ‘Additional Details’.

• Click Next.

• If you chose to provide school-specific details, proceed to Step 5.

• If you do not wish to provide school-specific details, proceed to Step 6.


Step 5: School Profile

• Create a new school profile by completing the form.

• Tip: Save the school profile for future use.

• You may also select a previously created school profile from the drop-down menu.

• Click Next.



Step 6: Additional Details

• For each section, Subjects, Grade Levels, Benefits, and Qualifications provide the necessary information related to the current position.

• You can select as many as are needed and click Next to proceed.


Step 7: Contact Information

• Provide a contact name, title, email address and phone number so candidates know who to contact regarding the available position.

• Click Next.


Step 8: Preview & Save

• View the job posting as it would appear to prospective candidates.

• Make any necessary revisions before proceeding.

• Save as Draft to review later.

• Publish to make available to candidates now.
