Verifying Your Identity
To protect your data, Verifent requires one-time identity verification before you can access verifications that include income details.
Disclaimer: You will be asked to show a valid driver’s license (front and back) and take a selfie during this process.
Access Your Account
1. Login
2. Enter your username. This is typically your email address.
3. Enter your password and click ‘Sign in’.
4. If you do not have an account, click ‘Sign Up’. Reference the Employee Registration guide.
Locate the Verification
1. From your dashboard, search for the tracking number.
2. Click the ellipsis to expand the action list and click Download.
3. The Stripe Identity process will begin.

1. Click Agree and Continue
• Mobile device – scan the QR code.
• Personal Computer – Click Other Options and select Continue on this device.
3. Click I’m ready to begin the process.
4. Click Grant access for camera permission.
• Scan the front and back of your driver’s license.
• Take a selfie.
6. Click Done. Once the process is complete, the form will automatically download.
Verification Failure
If the process fails, you may try again by clicking Start Verification. If the process fails a second time, reach out to Verifent Support.
