Cancelling a DashHire (Experience Verification)
Step 1: Access Your Account
• Login
Step 2: Pending Form(s)
• From your dashboard, click ‘Pending’
• Only Pending verifications may be canceled.
Step 3: Cancel Request(s)
• Click the ellipsis next to the verification you wish to cancel and click ‘Cancel Request’
Important: If you need to resubmit the verification and will be listing the same hiring entity and former employer, please reach out to Verifent Support by using the chat feature located at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen or by emailing at Support@Verifent.com.
